Founded in November 2000, Shenyang Xinsong Medical Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise jointly invested by Shenyang Zhongke Tiansheng Automation Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhongke Chemistry (Dalian) Science and Technology Development Co.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SYSMED is primarily engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and production of medical oxygen concentrators, non-invasive ventilators, and other respiratory rehabilitation products. Adhering to the principles of \"closely following the needs of users, continuous innovation, and dedication to human health,\" SYSMED has established a comprehensive quality management system guided by the principles of \"quality, attitude, service, and innovation.\" The company has obtained ISO 13485 certification for medical device quality management system and JGMP certification for the Japanese medical device quality system. Its products have also obtained certifications from China's NMPA, EU's CE, US FDA, and MDSAP for multiple countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SYSMED has a professional R&D team and has independently developed 24 patents (including 4 invention patents) and 16 software copyrights. Its R&D projects have received government support at the national, provincial, and municipal levels, and its products have won awards for technological progress at the provincial and municipal levels in Liaoning Province. The company has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a national specialized, refined, and new \"Little Giant\" enterprise, the first substantive industry-university-research alliance leader in Liaoning Province, the digital workshop of Liaoning Province, a key guarantee enterprise for COVID-19 prevention and control by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a key guarantee enterprise for epidemic prevention and control at the provincial level in Liaoning Province, an enterprise with intellectual property advantages in Liaoning Province, and a model enterprise for integrity creation in Shenyang City. In 2013, the \"DPAP series non-invasive ventilator\" won the second prize of the Liaoning Science and Technology Progress Award. In 2015, the \"OT, OC, and M series medical oxygen concentrators\" received the Shenyang Science and Technology Revitalization Award. In 2016, the \"COPD remote medical monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology\" won the second prize of the Shenyang Science and Technology Progress Award and the third prize of the \"Shengjing Talent\" scientific and technological achievement transformation award. In 2016, the \"OT, OC, and M series medical oxygen concentrators\" and \"non-invasive ventilators\" were included in the Shenyang Industrial Directory of High-Quality Products, and the \"non-invasive ventilators\" were included in the Liaoning Province's \"specialized, refined, and new\" products for small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2020, the \"MQ series medical oxygen concentrators\" were included in the Liaoning Province's \"specialized, refined, and new\" products for small and medium-sized enterprises.
